Some poses will include mama & baby while others will be just for mama as baby watches/sleeps. Practice will conclude with stretching & restorative postures. Our time together will be a wonderful bonding experience with baby while also offering mama some much needed self-care.

Inversions & twists will be included because they can help balance hormonal systems and tone the uterus.
