This Zen Mama yoga class will offer just the right amount of strengthening and relaxation. We will focus on stabilizing the core and pelvic floor as well as releasing tension in the neck/shoulders. Inversions & twists will be included because they can help balance hormonal systems and tone the uterus. Practice will also incorporate poses to release tight muscles and conclude with restorative postures.
